गोपनीयता नीति

यह policy बताती है कि YouTube Subtitle Classifier (“हम”, “extension”, “service”) हमारी Chrome extension, website और backend API use करते समय जानकारी कैसे collect, use और protect करता है।
हम क्या collect करते हैं
- Google account info — जब आप sign in करते हैं, तो हमें Google / Firebase Authentication के जरिए आपका name, email और profile picture मिलता है।
- YouTube transcript data — जिन videos को आप process करना चुनते हैं, उनके caption text को AI outputs generate करने के लिए हमारी API पर भेजा जाता है।
- उपयोग डेटा — Generation counts, Premium status और cached task metadata आपके user ID के तहत Firebase Realtime Database में store होते हैं।
- भुगतान जानकारी — Payments Stripe द्वारा handle होते हैं। हम full card numbers store नहीं करते। हम आपके account से जुड़े Stripe customer और subscription IDs store कर सकते हैं।
हम data कैसे use करते हैं
- Extension और website पर आपको authenticate करना
- आपके submit किए transcripts से AI content generate और cache करना
- Free-tier limits enforce करना और Premium subscriptions activate करना
- जब आप हमसे संपर्क करें तो support देना
तृतीय-पक्ष सेवाएँ
- Google / Firebase — Authentication और user profile storage
- AWS Lambda — API processing और webhook handling
- OpenAI — Submitted transcripts से AI text generation
- Stripe — Subscription billing और payment processing
डेटा प्रतिधारण
Generated tasks और transcript payloads आपके Firebase user path के तहत तब तक store होते हैं जब तक आप service use करते हैं। आप deletion के लिए email कर सकते हैं: info@34apps.com.
Security
Premium status और generation limits केवल हमारे backend द्वारा set किए जाते हैं (Firebase Admin SDK)। Client apps billing या quota fields को directly modify नहीं कर सकते।
Children
Service 13 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों के लिए नहीं है। हम जानबूझकर उनका data collect नहीं करते।
Changes
हम इस policy को update कर सकते हैं। ऊपर की “Last updated” date बदल जाएगी। Service का continued use revised policy को accept करना है।
